Birthing Matters Doula Services is Sponsoring 2017 Somerville IFED!

I am so excited to announce that Birthing Matters Doula Services will be sponsoring the Somerville International Family Equality Day celebration in 2017 (and hopefully many years to come)!

“On May 7th, 2017, LGBTQ families and their supporters in Somerville, Massachusetts and around the world will be participating in the 6th annual International Family Equality Day celebration. IFED was launched in 2012 as a sign of solidarity and pride to support equality for all families. In 2016, IFED was commemorated in 74 towns and 36 countries worldwide. 2017 will be the third time the event is held in Somerville. The motto for IFED 2017 is ‘LOVE MAKES A FAMILY’. IFED celebrates all the different kinds of families with the goal of increasing the international visibility of LGBTQ families. The event will be held annually in Davis Square, Somerville, MA.”
